• We use 100% Superfine Lambswool of the highest quality. This wool is sourced from farms that ensure the practice of mulesing is not in use and guarantee that the highest standards of animal welfare are maintained.

• The yarn is dyed and spun on the banks of Loch Leven, Kinross and the purity of the loch’s water, used to wash the natural fibre, helps give the yarn its irresistibly soft handle and beautiful depth of colour.

• All the dyes used in the process are environmentally friendly and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) approved. Once the dying process is complete, the water used is cleaned and can be returned to the Loch.
