Payment, Delivery and Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Free Standard UK delivery 2 - 3 working days from date of dispatch by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
EU and international orders
All European Union and International orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed service. Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that EU and International orders will be subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. It’s a good idea to check your countries rates before ordering to avoid unexpected costs and items being returned. Whirlow is not responsible for any customs or duty charges.

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us via email to notify us as soon as possible and return your item within 14 days. It must be unused with its swing tag still attached and in the same condition as received.
Once the returned item has been received, we will fully refund you via the original method of payment, within 4 - 7 working days.
It is always best to send goods by recorded or special delivery and retain the proof of postage. Any items which are returned will be at your own expense and Whirlow cannot be liable for any goods that do not reach us.
